TeQatlas is a leading SaaS platform that provides investment analytics and insights for private market investors. We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and support our data-driven decision-making processes.

As the Data Analyst, you will work closely with the product and engineering teams to develop and maintain data models, analyze user behavior, and identify key performance metrics. You will be responsible for providing insights and recommendations that inform product development, customer acquisition, and business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data models to support product analytics and reporting
• Analyze user behavior and identify trends and patterns that inform product development
• Work with the product team to define and measure key performance metrics
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide insights to support business decision-making

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the investment or financial industry
• Deep understanding of product analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Experience working with investment and financial products, private market experience is a plus
• Experience in SaaS industry will be a plus
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, experience with Python or R is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong staff management skills, with the ability to foster a sense of team accountability and high performance.
• Experience in a privaty market sector, investment, consumer finance, financial literacy, and/or community development.
