Can I use TeQatlas for free?
Yes, TeQatlas offers a Free Plan for users who want to try out the software and get a feel for its capabilities. The Free Plan has limited features and is only for single users. However, it provides access to essential functions and can be used without cost.
Can I prolong the trial?
TeQatlas does not offer a self-service option to extend the trial period. However, if you need more time to evaluate our software, contact our support team, who will gladly assist you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
At TeQatlas, we accept several payment methods to make it easy for you to subscribe to our software. You can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or your credit or debit card.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your customer portal. Once you cancel your subscription, you will have access to TeQatlas until the end of your billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free Plan.
What happens with my management history/saved companies after the trial expires once I downgrade it to Free?
If your trial period for TeQatlas has expired and you have not subscribed to a PRO Plan, your account will be downgraded to the free version. With the Free Plan, you can still access the software, but some features may be limited.
As for the saved companies, they will remain in your account, and you will be able to access them. However, depending on the package you are currently subscribed to, you may have limited features to interact with them. For instance, if you were using the PRO Plan and have downgraded to the Free, you may only be able to view the saved companies without interacting with them in the same way as you could before.
We encourage our users to consider upgrading to a PRO Plan to make out all the software's features and capabilities and have full access to the saved companies.
How can I switch to the Advanced Plan?
If you want to switch to the Advanced Plan, you can contact the Sales Team at TeQatlas. The team will provide all the information about the Advanced Plan, including its features, pricing, and benefits. They will guide you through the process and ensure a smooth transition from your package to the Advanced Plan.
Can I invite my team members to TeQatlas?
Yes, TeQatlas offers team collaboration in both Pro and Advanced plans. In the PRO Plan, you can invite up to 5 members to collaborate with your team. If you require more team members, you can upgrade to Advanced, which allows unlimited team members. The Free Plan is limited to only one member.
Is there an annual subscription?
At this time, TeQatlas only offers monthly subscription options. However, we are constantly exploring new pricing models and packages to provide our customers with the best value for their money.
What is your refund policy?
TeQatlas does not offer refunds for subscriptions already paid. However, you can cancel your subscription anytime, and you will not be automatically charged for the following billing cycle. So, you will only pay for the period you use the software.
